정광수 바르나바 (?-1802)

정광수 바르나바는 경기도 여주 부곡의 양반 집안에서 태어나 권일신에게 교리를 배우고 입교하였다. 윤운혜 루치아와 혼인했지만 비신자 부모의 반대로 신앙생활에 어려움을 겪었고, 마침내 1799년 아내와 여동생 정순매를 데리고 한양 벽동, 오늘날 송현동 일대로 이주하였다. 그는 집 한편에 별도의 집회 공간을 마련하여 주문모 신부를 모시고 미사를 봉헌했으며, 교우들의 모임 장소로 집을 내어 주었다. 아내와 함께 교회 서적을 베껴 나누고 성화와 묵주를 만들어 보급하였다. 신유박해가 일어난 뒤 피신하다가 스스로 체포되어 신앙을 고백했으며, 모진 형벌에도 교우를 밀고하거나 배교하지 않았다. 고향 여주로 이송되어 1802년 1월 30일 참수형으로 순교하였다.

Jeong Gwang-su (Barnabas)

Jeong Gwang-su, Barnabas, was born to a yangban family in Bugok, Yeoju, and entered the Church after learning the faith from Gwon Il-sin. He married Yun Un-hye, Lucia, but opposition from his non-Christian parents made it difficult for the couple to practice their faith. In 1799 they moved with his sister, Jeong Sun-mae, to Byeok-dong in Hanyang, in the area of present-day Songhyeon-dong. Jeong built a separate worship space in his home, welcomed Fr. Zhou Wenmo to celebrate Mass, and opened the house to Catholic gatherings. With his wife, he copied and distributed Catholic books and made sacred images and rosaries. After hiding for a time during the Sinyu Persecution, he surrendered and professed his faith. He refused apostasy and would not betray other Catholics. Sent back to Yeoju, he was beheaded on January 30, 1802.

Jeong Gwang-su (Bernabé)

Jeong Gwang-su, Bernabé, nació en una familia yangban de Bugok, Yeoju, y abrazó la fe después de aprender el catecismo de Gwon Il-sin. Se casó con Yun Un-hye, Lucía, pero la oposición de sus padres no cristianos impedía a la pareja vivir libremente su fe. En 1799 se trasladaron con Jeong Sun-mae, hermana de él, a Byeok-dong, en Hanyang, zona que corresponde al actual Songhyeon-dong. Jeong preparó en su casa un espacio separado para el culto, recibió allí al P. Zhou Wenmo para celebrar la misa y abrió el lugar a las reuniones de los fieles. Junto con su esposa copió y distribuyó libros católicos y fabricó imágenes sagradas y rosarios. Tras esconderse durante un tiempo en la persecución de Sinyu, se entregó y profesó su fe. Rechazó apostatar y denunciar a otros católicos. Enviado a Yeoju, fue decapitado el 30 de enero de 1802.

鄭光受（巴尔纳伯）

郑光受，圣名巴尔纳伯，出生于京畿道骊州釜谷的两班家庭，向权日身学习教理后入教。他与尹云惠路济亚成婚，但因不信教的父母反对，夫妻难以自由实践信仰。1799年，他们带着他的妹妹郑顺每迁居汉阳壁洞，即今松岘洞一带。郑光受在家中另设聚会祈祷所，迎请周文谟神父举行弥撒，并把住所开放给教友聚会。他与妻子抄写、分发教会书籍，制作圣像和玫瑰念珠。辛酉迫害爆发后，他曾四处躲避，后来主动投案并宣认信仰。在严刑下，他拒绝背教，也不肯告发教友。最终被押回故乡骊州，于1802年1月30日被斩首殉道。
